i pass my bloody ippt.haha. damn happy!!!

and i got a silver for it !!! i tink realli not bad lar considering that i din even train for it lar !!!
but i struggled once again lol... esp for the 2.4km run , nearly died !! but i did 10 pull ups?!!
omg how did i do it manz...i like nv do pull ups for dunno how many donkey months... actualli can do more but no pt coz cannot run gold timing also...

but the nsman ippt realli diff lar...all so high tech !! no way to cheat la !!!
on top of that still got all the pti watching us and saying "NO COUNT" , wth !!!
but i quite scare lar coz its my 1st time taking ippt using a machine but quite a fun experience lor..

anyway those who went ippt wif me were jeff , ho fai ,hoi fai and yakz !! we all pass !!!!
ho fai nearly din but i help him jump his broad jump so he pass too!!! lol....

but after ippt damn shag lar !!! play bball also nt so shag...wth... den after that went to watch hancock wif zhao, yl and huiying...not bad lar the show. then went la kopi wif zhao and jason at smb reach home ard 3am...lol..

so tired now...dunno do wad later...yawnz!
